Shipping and Return

Shipping

All items will be shipped using USPS First Class Mail/ Priority Mail. If necessary, UPS and FedEx will be used. If package weight or dimensions prohibit it, an independent motor freight carrier may be utilized. Expedited shipping options may be available upon request for an additional cost.

We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates, time, and carrier may vary based on your destination. Please be aware that trade agreements vary between different international countries, and as a result, the customer assumes full responsibility for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees associated with the importation of our products.

For in-stock products, we aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days. For special/custom orders, shipping time would vary. We will provide details and updates along the way for such orders. 

Return Policy

We only accept authorized returns. If you wish an item to be returned, please contact us first to obtain a return authorization. 

Non-Defective Returns: We accept returns of non-defective items, for reasons such as customers ordering the wrong product or customers not liking the product for personal reasons. If you wish to return a non-defective item, please contact us to initiate the return within 5 days of receiving the item (date of successful delivery shown on the parcel tracking system). Return items must be in the original package box, the products must be in unused and good condition (the same condition as you received them). All returned items will be inspected prior to issuing any refunds or credits. Please note that there is a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund of non-defective returns. Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. Special and custom order items may not be returned as non-defective returns. 

Damaged Items: We inspect and deliver merchandise to carriers that are adequately protected and packaged. If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package on your receipt from the carrier along with your signature immediately. If the damage is discovered after opening the package, notify the carrier and contact us within 72 hours of delivery.  

Defected Item and Warranty: Some products may include a limited manufacturer warranty. Details of warranties may vary and are specified on the product page. If an item shows a manufacturer defect during the warranty period, please contact us immediately to file a warranty claim. 

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS:

  • Installed Items: Once you have installed a part, it signifies your acceptance of ownership, and it cannot be returned. Unless the item shows manufacturer defects.
  • Incomplete returns: Any returns with missing hardware or factory packaging will not be accepted.
  • Damage from misuse or improper installation: We cannot process returns for items that have been damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
  • Over 30 days: Returns will not be accepted if initiated after 14 days from the date of order receipt.
  • Certain Special/ Custom Order Items: Special and custom orders are only eligible for return if the item shows manufacturer defects.
